About this AMC
An annual maintenance contract (AMC) is an agreement with a service provider for repair and maintenance of CCTV camera used by your company. In order to help our customer’s in getting the best through out from CCTV camera , we have introduced the concept of Annually Maintenance contracts for the CCTV Surveillance system.

- No Service Charge
- No Visit Charge
- Technical Customer Service support on Any desk and TeamViewer
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)
- Annual Maintenance Contract Doesn’t Include :- Repairing charge, Replacement Amount, New material installation charge.
- Period of contract :- The contract is valid for annually from the date of signing of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Form.
- Service Tax : – The AMC cost exclude service tax charged by State & Central Govt. for rendering this type of service.
- Working Hours :- The Maintenance work shall normally be done during working hours of the customer. However, in case of emergency maintenance may have to be beyond office hours and even on holidays prior arrangement through proper communication should be work out in all cases by the servicing agency.
- Payment terms :- For all Annual Maintenance Contract Payment will be made on Annually basis.
